It worked out well because I got to give her kisses in between sets 😉😎

Short bodyweight Interval Workout 💪
Squats, burrpies, reverse lunges, mountain climbers, downward facing & Upward facing dog combo 👆💪

⭐ Start with 3 reps of each exercise, building to 8 reps as your fitness level improves.
⭐ Do it in your own tempo and be aware of a good technique.
⭐ Repeat the whole cycle at least 3 or 4 times.

Step by step... postpartum recovery and workout. 😉😊✌🍉🍊🍒

It can be really hard sometimes, and it's very importaint to stay positive and focused 💫💭😊💥 so you can give to your baby 100% of yourself. Your time, your love, energy, everything! ❤⛧

So that's why you have to find a way how to do IT!
What works the best for you! 👌😉

For me that is, and always was to be ACTIVE! Any kind of activities is better than nothing! 😉
That's why I go for a long walks with my baby every day! 🌞👟👣👣
Not just that is keeping me positive and gives me an energy....it's awesome workout for my legs 😂😉😎 and meeting some of the other mums walking the same as we do 😊

Keep rolling 🌞😉👌💯❤🤘💫

Evolving my new lifestyle with baby and getting ready for my clients, 19 weeks postpartum.
Cant5make it to the gym....all good, that's why I have my awesome garage 😉🤘
Finally I'm starting to use some light weights for my workouts. Until now my routine has been based on stretching and slowly getting back core straight.....
And I'm very happy with the progress 👑💫💕🤘
