Whilst I am in Hungary for the holidays, I am offering two breathwork Journeys for you to experience and receive healing in.

1. Breathwork & Spa on December 19th at 18:30 (19:00 start time)
2. 120 Minutes Transformative Breathwork Journey on December 28 at 18:30 (19:00 start time) Ceremonial Cacao, Prayer, and play will accompany us.

I will be guiding you through a blend of breathwork practices taken from pranayama, holotropic, and neurodynamic breathwork.

The 28th is a journey specifically to REGULATE your mind, body & spirit, bringing these 3 energies into alignment & rebirth. A clean slate to manifest your best year in 2024.

I am offering 3 spots for 1:1 Integration Sessions for clients who want to go deeper & clearer. Each session is 60-90 minutes long focusing on client-specific areas of healing. Sliding Scale Fee is available.
