**High-Grade Sarcoma Management**

A high-grade sarcoma was identified in the left scapula, invading the shoulder joint. After chemotherapy, a Tikhoff-Linberg procedure was performed, excising the scapula and proximal humerus, along with an extra-articular resection of the shoulder joint while preserving essential structures. The defect was reconstructed using a long-stem shoulder prosthesis anchored to the clavicle. The postoperative X-ray confirms the outcome.

15 Years of Progress: A Remarkable Journey in Orthopedic Care 🦴✨**

This case illustrates the success of modern orthopedic interventions over 15 years. Starting with a proximal femur resection featuring a tumor prosthesis and bipolar head, we observed significant changes over time. Subsequent X-rays revealed head migration into the acetabulum, leading to a revision with the Zimmer TMARS system, which functioned well for years.

Unfortunately, a septic complication required the replacement of the prosthesis with a spacer. Finally, after addressing the inflammatory process, we successfully implanted a Zimmer cup-cage construct along with a proximal femur tumor prosthesis.

Today, the patient active, thanks to advancements in oncology and continuously evolving orthopedic implants. This case exemplifies a career of ongoing development and success in patient care.
