The Gerson Institute is a non-profit organization located in San Diego, California, dedicated to providing education and training in the treatment of chronic degenerative diseases using the Gerson Therapy. The circle dance is a universal language that knows no borders. We felt that deeply during last year’s visit to the licensed Gerson clinic Shangri-La Gerson International, China and we felt that same shared heartbeat again later on at the Hungarian Gerson Centre in Pilisborosjenő.

For a moment, distance disappeared as sister clinics, healed patients, Gerson Practitioner students from China and Taiwan, and members of the Gerson Institute from the United States came together in movement.

“Seeds of Hope” is the name Azucena gave to a special space at the Mexico clinic Health Institute de Tijuana, inspired by the elementary school teacher within her. She created it as a place where patients could express their thoughts, feelings, hopes, gratitude, and love. Like seeds, those emotions can grow, take root, and send out new sprouts.

Azucena is an extraordinary Administrative Assistant who wears many hats. By day, she is an elementary school teacher. In the afternoons, she becomes the heartbeat of the admin office at the clinic. She is the person who helps schedule follow-up consults after patients return home, and the friendly face behind the inbox for questions that come after a visit.

In 2016, the Hungary clinic Gerson Institute Europe welcomed Mr. WL from China. He arrived with great curiosity and a sincere commitment to learning the therapy while facing melanoma.

After returning home, he followed the method with dedication. We are grateful to share that he has remained well ever since and is now a proud father. To this day, from China he continues to share information about the therapy and regularly refers people to the clinic. His story is a reminder that when commitment is real, neither distance nor language has to stand in the way.

Today, we are sharing this photo of Mr. WL with his wife and child with gratitude, hope, and an open heart.
