I’ll guide you through a simple, somatic grounding practice that honours your body’s pace and safety. Start seated or standing—whichever feels steadier. Rest your hands on your thighs or a surface you trust and notice three things: the weight of your hands, the rhythm of your breath, and one steady point in the room. Breathe in for three counts, out for four, soft and even. If sensations shift or feel intense, shorten the breath or pause—there is no need to push. You might notice warmth, a gentle tremor, or a quiet settling; name each sensation to yourself: “warmth,” “tremble,” “stillness.” Repeat: noticing, naming, returning. This practice is trauma‑informed, neurodivergent‑affirming, and adaptable—slow the pace, use fidgets, or anchor with a weighted object if that helps. I work with q***r, neurodivergent, and expat clients in Vienna and online, and I blend Somatic Experiencing with lived, embodied experience and clinical training to make sessions accessible and safe. I see how trauma arrives differently when your nervous system is wired another way — louder, smaller, or in colours that don’t have names. I name what I notice: sensory overwhelm that feels like static; dissociation that feels like floating away from your body; masking that leaves you exhausted and hollow.

In my practice I blend somatic tools with gentle talking — short, usable techniques you can try right now: 1) 5‑4‑3‑2‑1 grounding (name five things you see, four you can touch, three you hear, two you smell, one you taste), 2) slow belly breaths on a 4‑6 count, hands on belly to feel the rise and fall, 3) shoulder softening and tiny movements to discharge trapped tension. Try one for two minutes and notice what shifts.

Nehéz nekem nőnapon megszólalni.

Egész életemben sokan nőként kezeltek, és sokan ma is így kezelnek, ezért a saját bőrömön is megtapasztaltam, milyen az, amikor a világ valakire nőként tekint, és aszerint bánik vele.

Közben én nembináris vagyok. Nem azért szedek hormont, mert nőnek lenni ne lenne rendben, hanem azért, mert én valami más vagyok, és ehhez szeretnék testileg is igazodni. És jól vagyok így. Összhangban magammal.

Talán pont ezért nehéz megszólalni ma. Mert egyszerre van bennem belső tapasztalat és távolság is. Vannak helyzetek, ahol még mindig nőként kezelnek, máskor már nem, és ebben a köztes térben nem mindig könnyű megtalálni a hangot.

Nem akarok nők helyett beszélni, és nem akarok olyan terekbe sem belépni, amikről azt érzem, hogy nem nekem szólnak. De azt fontosnak érzem kimondani, hogy a nők helyzete nincs rendben, és hogy a feminizmus számomra nem lehet az LMBTQ-emberek ellenében értelmes.

Mert a patriarchátus nem csak a férfiak uralma, hanem egy hierarchikus rendszer, ami mindig a normának tekintett, erősebb, gazdagabb, befolyásosabb, privilegizáltabb embereknek kedvez. És minél kevesebb ilyen előnye van valakinek, annál sérülékenyebb lesz benne.

Magyarország továbbra is az Európai Unió sereghajtói között van a nemek közti egyenlőségben.

Ezért nekem a feminizmus és az LMBTQ-felszabadítás nem két külön ügy. Ugyanabba az irányba mennek: az egyenlő emberi méltóság, az elfogadás és az önazonos élet felé.

És bár ma már bizonyos helyzetekben valamivel privilegizáltabb helyről látok rá minderre, számomra épp ez teszi fontossá, hogy nőnapon a figyelem végül visszakerüljön a nőkre és az ő nagyon is valós küzdelmeikre.

Mert még mindig túl sok minden nem adottság, hanem harc kérdése: a biztonság, a komolyan vétel, a méltóság, a mozgástér.

Így ezt kívánom ma nőnapra: több egyenlőséget, több biztonságot és több valódi szabadságot minden nőnek.

🪜Most of our relationships (from our best friends to our closest platonic bonds) aren't on an "Escalator." So why do we assume our romantic ones have to be? 🪜🚫
We are taught that a relationship is only 'successful' if it moves linearly: Dating > Monogamy > Marriage > Kids > Death. But who does this structure serve?

It might offer a cosy sense of safety through predictability, but it usually demands you perform a script you didn’t even audition for.

But when you decide to hop off that moving staircase you can enter a "Build-Your-Own-Lunch-Box" territory. Relationships a la carte. 🍱

Then we stop measuring "commitment" by how much paperwork you share or whose name is on the deed. We start measuring it by transformation and resonance. Because frankly, a forty-year anniversary is just a math problem if there’s no "juice" left in the connection.
