- patient monitoring,

- patient pathway management services (supporting the preparation and implementation of and the follow-up on health care services):
- consultation with medical specialists,
- control check-up consultation with and follow-up by medical specialist,
- information provision, data collection and data processing online and/or by phone,
- contact maintenance, data collection and processing and the organisation of services ordered on an individual basis online and/or by phone,
- the personal presence of the local patient pathway manager at previously agreed upon times during the service process,
- counselling on healthcare financing:
- information on international social insurance refunding,
- health loans,
- other pre-financing products.
