This reduces your skin's exposure to direct sunlight and decreases the risk of sunburn and long-term damage caused by UV radiation.
2) Wear Protective Clothing - covering your skin with protective clothing is essential for sun protection. Opt for lightweight and breathable fabrics with a tight weave that can effectively block UV rays. Wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and skirts to shield your arms and legs. Additionally, don't forget to wear a wide-brimmed hat to protect your face, neck, and ears from direct sunlight.
