Reiki is a very gentle, highly intelligent and most efficient spiritual healing energy. Reiki helps you regain your balance on four levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Reiki goes to the root of your problem and makes the necessary corrections in the energy system of the body in a holistic way. As a result, most of the times after a therapy you will feel not only balanced but also happy and content. Reiki is universal and not only in its name - meaning Universal Life Force Energy - but also in the sense that it has a wonderfully beneficial effect on everybody and everything be it a human being, a plant, an animal or an event, with no contraindication whatsoever. Sometimes Reiki can bring about positive changes almost instantaneously, depending on the problem it is channelled for. Reiki is a complementary energy healing system. It accompanies traditional healing systems very well, but does not substitute them. Therefore, I would never recommend to use it instead of a treatment advised by your GP or other health care professionals. In my own experience as well as those of my previous clients’ Reiki can help you sleep better, soothes stressful feelings, relieves pain, helps you feel balanced and relaxed mentally and emotionally and shortens the recovery time from an injury or an operation. As the saying goes: "The proof of the pudding is in the eating." I will not try to persuade you that Reiki is a fantastic way to bring about changes in your life, I will rather suggest you to try it for yourself. About:

I am grateful to Reiki for all those wonderful and sometimes miraculous changes it brought into my life and into those people's lives I have treated with Reiki during the last 6 years. I have been doing distant Reiki treatments for 2 years, with the same healing effect as the personal treatment. It is extremely rewarding when my clients come back to me and report how quickly they recover from their different injuries or other diseases. Treatments:
I can bring this wonderful healing energy to your home if you find it more convenient, or you can visit me in my cosy and harmonious home in Mortlake. Reiki practice is safe, and cannot interfere with any medical care you are receiving. A Reiki treatment can be done in sitting or lying position whichever is more comfortable for you. You will be fully dressed during the treatment since Reiki will find its way easily to you through your clothes, as it can reach its destination from any kind of distance. It is literally true that Reiki can be sent to you to the remotest part of the world and you will experience it in the exact same way as it had happened an inch away from your body. I will channel the energy for you by placing my hands over different areas of your body, each place for a few minutes. You will probably experience warmth and be peaceful and deeply relaxed during and after the treatment. In most cases you will find that the problem you meant to have the Reiki treatment for diminishes and you will feel more comfortable and happier in yourself. A Reiki treatment is usually one hour long or it can be shorter in case you are short of time. I can assure you, however, that the time spent on you by letting Reiki flow through you, calming your body, mind and emotions, and relieving you from your eventual pain will worth your time. You will find yourself in a warm, cosy and friendly environment, listening to soft, relaxing background music and you can let go all the unnecessary worries and problems of everyday life. MASSAGE

Per-Henrik-LingModern massage is based on techniques developed by Per Henrik Ling (1776 – 1839), a physiologist and fencing master. My name is Klaudia Walker-Kadar, I am the therapist at H’Art Healing Hub.

I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Health Care Council (CNHC) for the practices of Reiki, Massage Therapies and Reflexology and have a full professional insurance for all these therapies.

I started my spiritual studies about 20 years ago. I find it wonderful to discover more about our real selves and see that we are spiritual creatures who have a body and not the other way round.

It is so rewarding to receive my clients’ feedback or read their “thank you” emails or text messages saying that their chronic pain from their body has gone, that they feel happier and more confident in themselves, that they can face and overcome challenges in their lives what they could not before, that their anxiety has diminished or disappeared completely, that they could make decisions after a few Reiki sessions what they had been procrastinating for years, that after being stuck for years in the same job they had the courage to apply for a new position and they got it. You may find more of these stories in the “Testimonials” section.

Since my early childhood, I have always wanted to help people around me. After having spent many years teaching languages to children and adults and working in the corporate world, I am very happy that I can do all day long what is my pleasure and passion. I practice complementary therapies which I love. I enjoy learning more and different therapies and offer them in a combination if it helps my clients.

I am qualified in and provide the following therapies:

Reiki, I am a Reiki Master Therapist with a Professional Reiki Practitioner Diploma, registered with the UK Reiki Federation, the Reiki Council and the Reiki Academy.

Holistic Swedish Massage, I am a qualified Holistic Swedish Massage Therapist, holding a Level 3 Massage Diploma with ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) which I have attained with merit at St Mary’s University Twickenham London.

I learned Advanced Clinical Massage Technique and Forearm Deep Tissue Massage at Jing Advanced Massage Training.

I also practice On-site Chair Massage and Pregnancy & Labour Massage for which I trained at the London School of Massage.

Face and Hand Reflexology, I studied reflexology at the London School of Massage where I have attained an ITEC Level 3 Reflexology Diploma.

Facial Reflexology, I studied Facial Reflexology (the Bergman Zone Method) at the London School of Reflexology. I use a combination of the Bergman Zone Method and the Vietnamese system of facial reflexology (acupressure) called Dien ‘Cham’.

Indian Champissage, otherwise known as Indian Head Massage, Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki Foot Massage and Ayurvedic Kansa Wand Facelift Massage, I studied at ‘The London Centre of Indian Champissage International’.

Chinese Foot Massage, I studied this type of reflexology at Sally Earlam Reglexology.

Based on my experiences with clients, I find that the combination of Reiki with any kind of treatments works extremely very well, intensifying the beneficial effects of the combined therapies. My clients who experienced these combined treatments, were all relaxed, energized, balanced, light and very happy in themselves by the end of their session and afterwards.
