I encourage you to use the technique that worked for me; "🤔Embracing a patient and curious mindset 🤔."
It's okay if things take time. Every moment of practice is a step towards discovering what brings you the most joy and pleasure.

The approach,
Explore with Patience - Understand that our bodies are unique. What works for your friend might not work for you, and that's perfectly okay.
Keep Practicing - Experiment with different techniques. Whether it's solo or with a partner, find what feels good and keep at it.
Keep in mind that, the journey to pleasure is personal and should never be rushed. Let's honor our bodies by taking the time they deserve to achieve the results we all want 🚀. If I did it to an extent of giving advice about it, you too can.

I once found myself always checking if my partner was satisfied, rarely expressing my own desires. The turning point? Realizing that my bedroom vocabulary lacked words like 'or**sm' and sq**rting,' terms I heard other women talk about freely.

🔍 Today's Task:
