Május óta Terényben, ebben a pici nógrádi faluban lakunk. Végre eljött az ideje, hogy elkezdjem a jóga oktatást. Kedden és szombaton reggel 7.30-kor találkozunk. Reggeli, lusta hatha jóga órák ezek, sok-sok légzéssel és nyújtózkodással, de napközben érezni fogod, hogy minden napot így kellene kezdeni. A csütörtöki órán yin jóga elemekkel is dolgozunk. Szintén lassú óra, sok sok belső munkával. A reggeli órák korainak tűnhetnek, de meglátod majd milyen jó a nagy hőség előtt befejezni a gyakorlást. Az órák körülbelül egy-másfél órásak. Hozz magaddal vizet, törölközőt és elszántságot. Találkozunk a Kávéház kertjében. Ha tetszett az óra hozzájárulást szívesen fogadok.
