As a qualified Hypnotherapist and IEMT practitioner, I welcome the opportunity to see anyone who has decided to make their own life better, happier, more positive and filled with confidence. I am looking forward to hearing from those, who are ready and willing to face the real root cause of their problem. Also those, who would like to release the emotional blocks that have been stopping them to achieve what they set out to achieve and who would like to turn to the future feeling at peace and in-tune with themselves. I also attended several workshops and some weekend courses. Although I prefer to use these methods separately, when looking to find the best solution to a client’s problem, I am able and sometimes do use various methods combined. I work with stress related issues, anxiety, strong negative feelings, emotional blocks, lack of self-esteem and self-confidence, feeling “stuck in a rut”. I do not work with any sexual issues. I first came across Kinesiology in 2005. It was recommended to me by a friend. At the time I was suffering from severe neurodermatitis, a psychosomatic skin condition. After just one session all the symptoms disappeared and after the second session I knew I was clear of it for good. I attended three more sessions, then a weekend workshop, during which I learnt conflict management and ideas to help me live my life in a better and more positive way. This was also the time when -rather uncharacteristically- I put my most important belongings in a luggage and left Hungary to explore the world. I moved to England, where I (later) settled down. I have always known I wanted to work with people. At first, I very happily worked as a teacher, then later I became a nanny in London, where my experiences about the nature of people developed further. In 2011 I completed Brandon Bay’s course, The Journey. It was at this time that I started to practice on friends with great success. I started the 3in1 Concept applied Kinesiology course in 2012 and completed 6 modules under the wings of Zsuzsa Villing and Dr. Katalin Simon. I also attended two workshops, entitled Abundance, and Allergies, where I gained two further certificates. In 2013 I completed the first course of Crystal-Reality, another branch of applied kinesiology. 2014 brought many changes in my life, as my child was born. I experienced great changes, difficulties and gained invaluable new experiences. These, finally, led me to a “Hypnotherapy and counselling skills” course, which I completed in 2018. This was also the year when I met with Marisa Peer, and during her workshop, titled “ I am enough”, I experienced the method of Rapid Transformational Therapy. In 2022 I completed the IEMT practitioner course led by Mavis Kerrigan. I was looking forward to attend this course and it did not disappoint. IEMT is a fantastic tool for any therapist! During the past 14 years, I have had the good fortune to see, experience and even practice quite a few interesting, inspirational, and effective holistic – alternative therapeutic methods. There are of course some methods and therapies that I tried and found them to be useful and effective, but do not use them myself. Upon request or when it is necessary, I can recommend these and where it is needed I can refer clients to other therapists. Among these are: Acupuncture, Bowen Therapy, Reflexology.
