The beauty of Titibasana 🌿
not just in the lift, but in what it awakens inside.

Titibasana asks for strength,
but also deep softness.
Strong arms hold the body,
open hips create space,
steady breath keeps everything flowing.

This posture awakens the inner body.
Compression at the belly gently massages the digestive organs,
stimulating the stomach, spleen, and intestines.
In TCM, this supports Spleen & Stomach energy —
helping digestion, grounding, and stable energy.

As the legs wrap and lift,
the inner thighs activate,
the pelvic floor wakes up,
Kidney energy gently strengthens —
supporting vitality, endurance, and inner stability.

Arms press down,
heart subtly lifts,
breath flows through the chest —
opening Lung energy,
creating lightness and calm within effort.

Titibasana becomes more than an arm balance…
It becomes a conversation between strength and flow.

Ground through the hands
Lift from the center
Soften the face
Let the breath move freely

When Qi flows,

Me and yoga…
It started as movement,
but slowly became a relationship.

I move, I breathe, I listen.
Some days strong,
some days soft,
some days just showing up.

Yoga didn’t ask me to be perfect —
only to be present.

Through every stretch,
every pause,
every quiet breath…
I began to come home to myself.

I love yoga.
And through yoga,
I learn to love myself.

Not louder.
Not bigger.
Just deeper.

Beauty in Bakasana

Bakasana is not about force.
It’s about listening.

Hands root down 🌱
Shoulders soften
Spine gently rounds
Qi begins to move

In TCM, when we lean forward and lift the feet,
we awaken the center —
the Dan Tian
the place of balance, stability, and quiet strength.

Qi flows from:
hands → arms → shoulders → core → lightness

Not pushing.
Not jumping.
Just allowing lift to happen ✨

Bakasana becomes:
• playful 🐦
• calm
• focused
• alive

Feet float not because you're strong,
but because Qi is flowing.

Simple.
Beautiful.
Light.

Sometimes the strongest pose

One leg extends outward,
side body lengthens,

The body expands in different directions —

Like a compass,
this pose invites you to listen inward
instead of forcing outward.

Opening gradually
Creating space patiently
Moving with intention

Qi flows from the center
radiating through the spine,
side body,

The shoulders learn to support.

Then slowly,

Not forced.
Not performed.
Just discovered.

Each student finds their own moment —
steady, playful, or quietly courageous.

Different shapes from the outside,

of opening, trusting, and flowing.
