This 200 hour Vinyasa training is designed for real life.
You learn not only what to teach, but why, so you can guide with intuition and authenticity rather than imitation or memorization.

Through functional anatomy, intelligent sequencing, breath awareness, and hands on studio experience, you gain tools to teach in any setting while being supported in your own well being.

Surrounded by a living studio, international teachers, and an inclusive community, this is a space where growth feels supported, embodied, and real.
