🌬️ How Mudra Works
Each finger represents one of the five elements:
• Thumb – Fire (Agni)
• Index – Air (Vayu)
• Middle – Space (Akasha)
• Ring – Earth (Prithvi)
• Little – Water (Jala)
When you touch, press, or relax certain fingers,
you are communicating with your nervous system,
balancing the elements inside your body, not outside.
