We propose some programs and itineraries, but you can also add elements and tailor your stay and retreat in Bali according to your needs and budget. We have helped already many group leaders and visitors to maximize their retreat programs: yoga, meditation, detox, healthy lifestyle, spirituality, coaching, sufi, dance, wellness oriented corporate convention or event, etc. Whatever is your preferred topic, we will do our best to get the ideal location and services to create a unique event. For group leaders that want to concentrate on their retreat and their participants, we can take care of the details and help to make it easy. We have the experience and the associates to make your vacation smooth and easy. We have visited many venues ideal for this type of wellness experience, have a big network of therapists, trainers, speakers and unique activities and excursions that can complete your program and stay in Bali and other destinations in Southeast Asia & Europe.

Peru was not what I expected.

And maybe that’s exactly why it touched me so deeply.

We often arrive somewhere already carrying an idea of what it should feel like — shaped by images, stories, and everything we’ve consumed long before we even get there.

But reality doesn’t always follow those expectations.
And when it doesn’t, we sometimes feel disappointed… instead of curious.

Paracas felt like another world.
Raw, vast, almost unreal — a place where nature doesn’t try to impress, it simply exists in its full, untamed power.

And it reminded me of something simple:
the more we release expectations, the more we allow places — and people — to truly surprise us.

Maybe the real beauty of travel is not in finding what we imagined…
but in discovering what we never knew existed.

Not everything feels aligned at first.

Sometimes, we resist.

The noise.
The movement.
The way things unfold.

And yet…

there are moments where nature reminds you
that you don’t have to fight it.

The dunes of Huacachina, the light, the endless horizon…

they don’t ask for anything.

They simply invite you to soften.

And in that softness,
something shifts.

As the year comes to an end,
we don’t always need new resolutions.

Sometimes, what we truly need is remembrance.
To pause.
To release what no longer serves us.
To give thanks for everything that has already arrived.

In Bali, the Melukat water purification ritual reminds us that balance is not about perfection,
but about clearing the weight we carry
and returning to what truly matters:
body, mind, and spirit in harmony.

Gratitude doesn’t cancel ambition.
It grounds it.
It allows us to move forward without denying where we are.

Even in difficult seasons, there is always something to honor.
Breath. Presence. Life itself.

Closing a year is not about leaving it behind,
but about acknowledging the gifts it brought —
even the smallest ones.
This is how we begin again.

A door closes, another opens.
As this year comes to an end, we stand at a threshold.
Honouring what has been lived, and gently letting go of what is ready to close.

Every door carries an invitation.
To travel differently.
To feel more.
To choose experiences that nourish the soul, not just the passport.

We don’t always know how many journeys await us.
But we can choose to stay open.
Open to new places, new perspectives, new ways of being.

A new year is about to begin.
And with it, the possibility to open a door that leads somewhere meaningful.

We really miss this kind of travel.

Moving through places on a motorbike.
Wind on the skin.
Roads instead of plans.
Landscapes changing while you ride.

Last March in Goa, life felt simple.
Slow rides, warm air, sandy paths.
Stopping only when something caught our attention.

Living in Asia taught us that meaningful travel
is about movement, freedom and presence.
About experiencing a place from the outside,
not behind a window.

This is the spirit behind the slow journeys and retreats we create:

⚜️ In the quiet streets of Castelbuono, a small Sicilian village with only 9,000 souls, I found a reminder of something I often forget: slow down.

Hidden inside its ancient church, we discovered a 14th-century crypt covered in beautiful frescoes — a treasure completely unmarked, waiting silently for those who take the time to look.

And on the façade of an old noble house, this symbol appeared: an eye within a triangle, radiating light. A traditional sign of divine protection in Sicily… yet for me, it felt like a whisper of what was coming next — my journey to Egypt.

🌎 Travel teaches us this again and again: when we move with presence, when we pause, when we truly look, we begin to notice the things that are not obvious — in places, in people, and in ourselves.

Sometimes the real gems are right there… 💎 hidden in plain sight.

✨️✋🏽 The Symbolism of the Hand
The human hand has been a powerful symbol since prehistoric times.
From ancient cave painters who pressed their palms on stone walls to leave a trace of their presence, to the spiritual gestures we still use today, the hand carries a universal language of creation, connection, and meaning.

Hands represent our capacity to shape reality — to craft, protect, heal, bless, and communicate. In many cultures they hold a sacred value:
• In religion, the “Hand of God” embodies divine power.
• In rituals, hands transmit blessings, stories, and ancient traditions.
• In art, they reveal emotion — tenderness, protection, peace, or strength.
• In mythology, the hand marks the transition from instinct to consciousness: the moment humans became creators.

Hands also speak without words: the gesture of peace, the offering of an open palm, intertwined fingers symbolizing unity, or protective mudras in Eastern traditions. They carry our emotions, our intentions, and our stories.

Across time, the hand reminds us that creation begins with touch —
with what we choose to hold, to release, and to transform.

✨ Sicily in October: a breath of authentic slow life ✨

October was such an intense month, filled with powerful experiences, that I hardly had time to share moments from our trip to Sicily. Today I want to open a small window into Cefalù, a village that captured our hearts instantly: the turquoise sea, the hills wrapping the horizon, the little paved streets, and that relaxed atmosphere where charming boutiques, cosy cafés and amazing restaurants invite you to enjoy life slowly and deliciously.

Even though it’s a popular spot, Sicily keeps revealing its true soul in the background. Local fruit and vegetable sellers still pass by with their trucks, and the quiet paths climbing up the hill let you breathe in the authentic Sicilian lifestyle. Far from any city stress, this island stole our hearts with its simple, beautiful slow-life breeze.

With two international airports and the perfect energy to disconnect, Sicily is an inspiring destination for a personal getaway or even a group retreat. A place that embraces you, grounds you, and reminds you of the beauty of slowing down. 🍋🌊

✨ A glimpse into a day words can hardly describe

It’s impossible to capture a day like this in images.
A camera can freeze a moment 📸, but it can’t always hold the emotion behind it — the layers of feeling, the energy, the meaning that only the people living it can understand.

I don’t usually share much of my personal life here 🌙.
But the last 15 years of my journey wouldn’t make sense without the person standing next to me in these photos: Rudy — my partner, now my husband 🤍.

Finding someone who truly sees you is rare.
Someone who accepts you exactly as you are, who respects you, motivates you, makes you laugh, stands by you in difficult moments, and shares similar dreams, projects, and ways of seeing life ✨.
When that happens, everything shifts.

Of course, even in love, there are challenging moments.
But I’ve learned that what matters is not perfection — it’s the ability to understand each other’s imperfections, to see where they come from. It’s easy to replace someone; it’s harder, and far more meaningful, to understand them.
And in that understanding, something close to a complementary perfection appears 💫.

This post is a small piece of a much bigger story — one that we keep building, together 🤍.

✨ Seeing Through Different Lenses ✨

On every journey, we become observers.
Sometimes we are the ones taking the photo, framing a moment through our own lens.
Other times we are being photographed, seen from someone else’s perspective.
And often, we simply watch — people, places, stories unfolding around us.

Travel reminds us that the same scene can be witnessed in countless ways:
📸 through a camera screen,
👀 through our own attentive gaze,
✨ or through a quick, fleeting glance.

Each angle reveals something different.
Not better, not worse — just another truth.

It’s the same in life.
Our personal stories, our challenges, our joys…
all can be interpreted from many perspectives.
And when we allow ourselves to shift the way we see, even slightly,
the whole picture transforms.

As we move through museums, ancient sites, or sacred landscapes,
we might feel a connection from behind the lens,
or by standing still and truly sensing the place.
Both are valid. Both are real.
Each one offers its own kind of beauty.

May we keep exploring — not only the world,
but the infinite ways of seeing it.

✨ The Art of Beauty
Inspired by our recent journey through Egypt.

As we wandered through ancient temples and tombs, I was mesmerized by the carvings that captured the Egyptians’ profound devotion to beauty.

For them, beauty wasn’t superficial — it was sacred.
It lived in their rituals, their celebrations, their homes, their offerings, and the way they honored life itself.

Every gesture, every color, every symbol was intentional.
A way to connect with the divine, to elevate the everyday, and to infuse meaning into each moment.

And it made me reflect:
We, too, can create beauty in our daily lives.

In the way we prepare a meal.
In how we arrange objects in our home.
In the small rituals that bring us calm and presence.
In how we show up for our work and for others.

When we act with attention, reverence, and love, we become quiet artists —
transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Beauty is not something we find.
It’s something we create, moment by moment.
