The Inner Compass - A Sacred Breathwork Journey

This session is an invitation to return to yourself.

Through conscious breath and simple body awareness, attention moves away from mental noise and back into direct experience. The body begins to settle. The breath becomes steady.

As breathing deepens, stored tension starts to soften. What has been held physically and emotionally has space to release.

Between phases of active breath, there is stillness.
This is where the system integrates. Where clarity can emerge without effort.

Supported by sound and a steady environment, the session creates the conditions for you to reconnect with your own internal reference point.

Open to all levels.
No prior experience needed.

Inside the Sound Dome at The Istana, this is where the system begins to settle.

Through guided mantra and sound resonance, your attention is given something steady to return to not distraction, not escape, but a point of anchoring.

Through Yoga Nidra and Reiki, you’ll be guided into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where the body can rest deeply while the mind remains aware.

Reiki is offered during the practice to support the natural flow of energy and help settle the nervous system.

This is not an active practice.
It’s a space to pause, receive, and reconnect.

What this supports:
• Nervous system regulation
• Reduced stress and mental fatigue
• Deep physical and emotional relaxation
• Improved sleep

The Istana, Meditation Redefined

What if we could wake up every day, elated and exhilarated by the pure aliveness of our surroundings? Excited and nourished by the quality of the company we keep? How much better could we be?

The Istana is one attempt to answer that question.

Combining the ancient and modern, The Istana allows technology and tradition to exist side-by-side. Modern bio-hacking methods (cryotherapy, sensory deprivation tanks, infra-red saunas, and hyperbaric chambers), are being utilised in tandem with meditation, yoga, and breathwork.

Whatever it takes to create the optimum life, we are willing to find it, and share it with our clientele and community.
