Vivienne is demonstrating how to do a hands-on adjustment.
She’s showing how to place your hands clearly and safely elbow, hands, and fingers while guiding the student with precision. When someone moves too far to one side, she uses two actions: bringing them back to center and gently lifting them up. One action moves forward, the other moves backward, so the student can feel the contrast in their body.
The focus isn’t just on the external shape, but on alignment, direction, and body awareness guiding with clarity, intention, and sensitivity.
