Those tricky sons of b%i$s!

You wouldn't think “Olive Oil” crackers would contain more unhealthy soybean oil and sugar than olive oil… but these ones do!

As you can see on their ingredient list, the most prominent oil in these crackers is soybean oil and/or canola oil. Olive oil is listed after “contains 2% or less of” on the list. So they add a little splash of olive oil?

Olive oil is healthy and Kellogg’s knows that you'll see that on the front of the box and assume these crackers are good for you.

What a scam!

You’ll find this Olive Oil Scam all over the grocery store shelves…

🚫 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter with Olive Oil contains mostly soybean and palm oils.
🚫 Kraft Olive Oil Mayo also contains canola and soybean oils.
🚫 Hellmann's Avocado Oil Mayo contains mostly soybean oil.
🚫 Ken's Red Wine Vinegar & Olive Oil Salad Dressing also contains soybean and canola oil.
🚫 Triscuit Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers contain mostly canola oil.

All too common. Most supplement labels do this too btw which is why we practice full disclosure labeling.
