We will explore practice yoga in different perspective and see them as unity for our healthy body

🔸From TCM perspective : how a healthy life style according to TCM and regular practice Yin Yoga will lead a good health for body, mind and soul.
🔸Learning to do a right technique for breathing and muscles in our Yang Yoga practice will give you a fit body.
🔸Understanding layers of our fascia and structural of our muscles in order to give the right direction of therapy (Myofascial Release)
Learning therapy for yourself or to others.
🔸Understanding the effect of our practice to our neuro system (neuroscience perspective).
