Samasti Yoga teacher training provides a unique opportunity to study and practice yoga in an authentic setting, in our beautiful venues in Rishikesh and Bali. Our 4-week intensive Yoga Teacher Training differentiates itself by offering a complete and in depth training into the yogic sciences. As Western practitioners we combine the ancient knowledge of the East with the latest understandings and research coming out of the West
Our teachers are all dedicated in their fields of expertise. Rather than an intellectual study for these 4 weeks you will live and breathe yoga, so the teachings become a part of your being. Our course has been created in this way to ensure the graduates will be teaching from a place of true experiential knowledge rather than borrowed knowledge from books. Our venues have been handpicked to allow you to immerse yourself in this study of yourself. Rishikesh, India, is full of sacred sites and for millenia has been the home of sages and yogis practicing these teachings and the energy of Bali is perfect for allowing yourself to feel nurtured in a way that will provide the space for you to dive deeply into your yogic journey.

Our 300HR Yoga Teacher Training is happening October 26 – November 23, 2025, a 4-week immersion in Bali designed to deepen your practice, refine your voice, and awaken your energy from within.

Meet our senior teacher 🤍

A devoted student and passionate teacher, she shares her journey and stays true to the essence of yoga.

Her teachings are about developing a conscious relationship with yourself and your connection to your authentic voice as a teacher so that you teach in a way that supports your essence, nourishes your heart, and connects to your students.

Cristina’s spiritual journey began 15 years ago with yoga, meditation, and Hawaiian shamanism through years of devoted practice and studies with master teachers: Mark Breadner, Nicole Walsh, Shiva Rea, and Himalayan Institute.

Cristina’s understanding of yoga as a system of living our highest possibility enables her to share creative and intelligent practices that take students safely to new levels of exploration.

She weaves philosophy, asana, breath & meditation in an intelligent & creative sequencing style that moves between traditional and modern to honor yogic tradition and the modern human experience.
She has taught internationally in Australia, Bali, and South America.

Our venue🌴🌺🌞🐚

Dive deeper into your yoga practice at our venue, nestled in the rice fields and just a short drive away from the popular surf beaches of Bali. The rooms are brand new, with all the comforts one could wish for and you can choose to stay in a shared bedroom or have your private space.

On site, there is a luxurious swimming pool, garden area, yoga shala and sound dome for meditations, kirtans, and crystal bowl healings. We will have the venue to ourselves to allow a safe space to dive deeper into Self knowledge.

The meals will all be prepared on-site and highly nutritious. We have spent a lot of time designing a meal program that will give you everything you need to nurture your body and soul to allow you to be able to focus on yourself over the duration of the course.

If we don’t control our breath, the breath will control us and that creates friction, tension, anxiety, frustration, fatigue, and even disease.

If we know how to breathe correctly, it can be a powerful tool to help us manage mind, emotions, and imbalances in the body.

In fact, having a regular breathing practice offers many mental, emotional, and physical health benefits.

Adopting a daily breathing practice can be a game-changer in helping you cope with life’s demands, curveballs, and challenges.

During our YTT you’ll learn Pranayama and practice various techniques to master your own life. Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. It's a main component of yoga, an exercise for physical and mental wellness. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy and “yama” means control.
