（如果老年人少动整天躺 那中风心脏疾病 糖尿病就容易找他 所以还是动下比较好啊）
📍提升心理健康💪🏾
（你懂吗运动其实也可以释放老年人的压力的啊 有互动一下就不会这么孤僻）
📍预防跌倒和骨折💪🏾
（要降低这风险身体的平衡和肌肉力量一定要好👍🏾）
📍促进社交活动和社会参与💪🏾
（我们平时做Group Exercise的时候老年人特别喜欢和其他人交流 讲讲自己的故事 ❤️我都有听到哈哈）
