Teaching kids yoga brings me so much joy unlike anything. It’s not so much about the pose but going on an adventure and having fun! In the class, we give ourselves permission to be okay to fall over and try again. And I think we can all incorporate a bit more fun and compassion into our daily lives. 🩵🤍🩵🤍

On simplicity. I’ve always been a big believer in simplicity. It demonstrates happiness with less. Living with less clutter both literally and figuratively can be a great way to discover what is most important. Sometimes, the only way to figure out what is really important in your life is to get rid of everything that isn’t.

On Harmony 🕉️

One of the many things I love about Bali is that you get to see greenery pretty much everywhere, and that is inspired from the Balinese philosophy Tri Hita Karana which promotes HARMONY with God, among people, and with nature or environment, reflected in the greenery.

At this very moment I am watching my cat lick his paw diligently without a worry in the world, and weirdly it gives me a permission to slow down and take a break.

Since we entered the new year, we might subconsciously or even consciously pressure ourselves to achieve our resolutions or goals. But let’s still allow moments of pausing or self care or as my cat puts it “lick your paws”.

Alright I’ll end it here before I invent another weird phrase. Good luck to everyone who is on their journey on making positive changes this year!
