what a day in the life looks like on a training retreat - lots of learning, embodiment and nourishing of the soul. these times become a poetical portal of the soul, as one world shifts into another. many facilitators in training tend to not leave the space of jax when we are working, as it becomes the bones for the breath of new beginnings and sacred purpose for those in training. more information on trainings can be found on our website 🤍🫶

You never know your body needs to release in a session, sometimes it is pain, other times it is sadness, despair and grief. On the contrary it can be laughter, stillness or frustration. We teach our facilities and our students that this work must be performed with no judgement and complete surrender, to trust your body knows exactly what you need.
