Two weeks ago, after mapping out 2026 with my mentor,
I felt excited… and slightly overwhelmed.

This year in May, I will be holding a retreat 👑✨

Because I am a woman who has walked through a lot and learned how to truly love herself.
I have been married twice, I overcame unreciprocated love, I lost properties and rebuilt myself at least three times in my life from scratch.
I created financial stability for myself, and I have always walked this path with God 🤍

I awakened at 36.
And in my 40s, I realised that life is only beginning.🔥
I reprogrammed my subconscious, stepped out of victimhood and the saviour role.
And from this place, from who I am today, I know that I can guide others.

People often ask me why I left London after living there for 15 years.

In 2019, seven months before the pandemic, I realised what a calling truly is. My heart was telling me I needed to go. I wanted to do something more for the world. I wanted to make a difference. I wanted to share my knowledge, my experience, my story. I wanted to spread hypnosis and the practices that had changed the root of who I am, and taught me how to create a new identity.👠🔥💃

When I looked at people in London and Europe, I saw how exhausted they were from daily routine, with very little space for themselves. I realised I wanted to facilitate retreats. I wanted people to feel what I feel inside, that nirvanic state I reached after years of meditation, yoga and awareness practices.

Then it struck me. I could do this through hypnosis. In 15 to 20 minutes I could take someone into a state of freedom, into their inner being, into a sense of awakening. That discovery changed everything.

I started planning my move to Bali. I even considered India and living in an ashram. But I realised I knew enough. I had reached a state of being that some people never touch in a lifetime, and I wanted to share it. The idea of retreats and opening my hypnosis school came to me in 2019.✨

I know how it feels not to believe in yourself. I didn’t know what self love was. I betrayed myself with wrong choices. I went through pain, trauma, violence and abuse. And that made me a better therapist, because I can truly resonate with what others feel.

Today my dreams have come true. I facilitate retreats. I teach others hypnosis. I help people feel love, freedom and joy again.🥰

The lotus does not grow in clean water.
It rises from the mud.

And this is how awakening happens.

Yes, living in Bali looks beautiful. But what you do not see is the journey behind it.

My awakening began over ten years ago.
At that time I stopped accepting suffering as normal. I questioned love. and refused to suffer.. I chose truth instead.

I studied Advaita Vedanta, and at some point it felt like taking the red pill.

Once you see, you cannot unsee.

When I found the truth, I wanted to share it, and then I realised that people can only hear it when they are ready.

If you are searching for truth, still learning how to love yourself, please do not give up. Yes, you may suffer, just as I did.I feel you. And If I could walk this path, so can you.

I am still a student.I go through transformations on and off.
I share both the beauty and the struggle here.

In mid January 2026, I am opening the Online Hypnosis Coach Training. A space where we remove layers.
Where we de-hypnotise ourselves.
Where we dissolve conditioning and return to essence.
And from that spaciousness of consciousness, we create a new identity.

This is a full transformation.
An experience of inner love, divinity within, and the sacred union of masculine and feminine, Shiva and Shakti.

This training is not for everyone.
It is for those ready for profound inner work and healing, so they can then help others shift.

And remember, love is not something you earn or deserve.
You were never disconnected from it.

Love is God within you.
Love is life itself, in every cell of your being.

Happy Boxing Day 🤍

What would life be without your besties? I’m so deeply grateful to have these beautiful souls in my life. This year, I truly realised that when I look at my soul sisters, I see a reflection of myself. I feel blessed to be surrounded by so much love, grace, and kind hearts.🥰

They Don’t Tell You the Most Important Thing….

Yes, you’ve probably heard it many times already: open your heart.
But no ! You shouldn’t be opening your heart first.

Why?

Because if your base isn’t grounded, if your Root Chakra (Muladhara) isn’t strong, you will get hurt again and again.

When you’re ungrounded, you’re unstable. People can easily knock you off your feet. Your energy field gets disturbed. You become distracted, overwhelmed, and affected by others simply because of your energy.

What’s interesting is how many people still don’t believe in energy. Yet we all use Wi-Fi every single day. Wi-Fi is energy, an invisible field transmitting information.

Now ask yourself this:
If Wi-Fi works through energy, do you really believe that your body that is alive, breathing, walking, talking, digesting, feeling has no energy system?

Of course it does.

And today, I’m inviting you to work on your grounding.

Your Root Chakra is your foundation.
It’s your power. and your stability.
And it’s responsible for your financial security.

Muladhara is called the root for a reason . It is the base of your entire system. When you are grounded to this planet, you are grounded in life and you don’t have any problems with money 💰

And when your root is strong, everything shifts.

Nobody can shake you or anyhow destabilise you.

I know this deeply.

Just three months ago, I discovered that my heart chakra was almost twice as open and energized as my root chakra. Yes — there is technology now that allows us to measure chakras. The technology available today is truly incredible.

That realization changed everything for me.

So my suggestion will be:
First, work on your Root Chakra.
Then your Sacral and Solar Plexus.
Strengthen your base.
Ground yourself fully.

Only then do you open your heart.

This is basic energetic wisdom. Even Joe Dispenza speaks about this and he’s a scientist.

I am not a loser.

I am not a victim either. I am a leader and a victor (even my name indicates that energy).

And the story I recently shared wasn’t meant to define me.
It doesn’t define who I am.

I shared it to support others.
It was a catalyst for me to move out of shame, embarrassment, and shrinking my beauty and my light.

I want you to understand that I am doing well now, and for years I have helped many people who experienced sexual assault. I must say that almost every third person I’ve worked with carried this kind of trauma.

This account is about truth.
Real truth.

I’ll be sharing more of the raw experiences that shaped me into the woman I am today — including the uncomfortable ones.

Not the kind of content the algorithm wants.
But the kind of truth that actually transforms.

This is not a fight against the masculine.
It’s a call to invite the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine to dance the dance of life together — to empower each other, to create sacred unions, and to thrive.

And that was not my message.

I worked hard to forgive the two abusers so I could help the Divine Masculine heal — to be raised, to be seen for the beautiful energy that it truly is.

It wasn’t easy.
I have to admit that.
I cried a lot.

For 6 years, I couldn’t step into a relationship — not because I didn’t want one, but because an attempted sexual assault was deeply buried in my subconscious. It caused me to reject not only men, but also my own sexuality and my attractive, feminine side.

I turned off my magnetism and charisma because, deep inside, I believed it was dangerous to be attractive and sexy.
It felt unsafe to be seen.
Unsafe to show my beauty.

I believed it was dangerous to be a woman in her power — and so I switched that power off. I couldn’t fully enjoy life or live it to the fullest.

I shrank myself.
I dimmed my light.
And I suppressed my sexuality — which had once been so powerful.

This year on 12/12/2025 I closed that chapter at the sacred Sebatu Waterfall Temple in Bali, where my Bali journey first began.

When I arrived in Bali, I was already hiding from a deep trauma I wasn’t even conscious of at the time. My drink had been spiked. I was unconscious when things were about to happen.

My body fought.

I broke a wine glass while resisting, and I ended up in the hospital — not by chance, but because my left foot wouldn’t stop bleeding. A piece of glass had lodged deep inside, as you can see in the photo. I had to undergo a serious operation under anesthesia.

The glass was removed.
But the trauma stayed — lodged in my mind — without me fully understanding what had truly happened.

That unprocessed trauma stopped me from living fully.
It damaged my sense of safety, my visibility, and my relationship with my feminine power.

Only now, looking back, can I truly understand it.
It took me six years to heal.

Today, I choose differently.

I closed the chapter of fear, shame, and suppression.
I will not let the past control me anymore.
