Voice of Peace: Chanting as a Path Within
Through the simple, powerful practice of chanting, we cultivate inner peace as a lived experience. Repetitive vocal sound has been shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body shift out of stress and into a state of calm and regulation.
In this session, we combine this physiological grounding with a deeper, spiritual intention: using the voice as a bridge back to presence, connection, and inner harmony.
Participants will be guided through simple chants and leave with a practice to support inner peace in daily life.
What happens when we become peaceful within and how might that ripple outward into the world?
