I used to think if I did enough gratitude journaling, guided meditations, woke up at 5am and went to gym, etc I would be able to manage my anxiety/ depression naturally, but after years of feeling like I was drowning I realized it was time to try something new, & time to stop doing everything that scientific journals said worked but weren’t working for ME.

This is what has ACTUALLY helped, going from barely able to leave the house with anxiety/ depression to 30lbs heavier and able to function and socialize 😂 i’m far from where i want to be and still have a long way to go, but wanted to share this for anyone who’s at the “unable to function” stage right now 🩷

I still get overwhelmed & I still have mental breakdowns, but they are much less severe n frequent and don’t TAKE OVER MY LIFE.

love you, we got this, baby steps, 1% better every day 😁🩷
