Join me for a night of embodiment & ritual.

In this session we focus on the relationship of stillness & movement through asana, intuitive flow & meditation, to meet your true essence on the mat.

Reuniting the energies of Shiva & Shakti to meet an embodied you, in an authentic way.

This night of ritual will be candlelit & inspired by Tantirc teachings.

a year spent drifting.
in & out of states, in & out of places, and in & out of practice.
only to be called back to this, deeper & more stripped than ever before.

a year in sitting with the heart as it breaks, over & over again.
allowing it to, seeing through the break to the end, and watching the rebirth unfold.

a year of being in the body.
being in the now-ness of it.
being in every cell, every organ, every sense.
being in it all.

Warmly welcoming all beginners & those ready to reconnect with Yoga

ॐ the class is designed for beginners
ॐ all classes are recorded so if you miss the live class, you can practice with me another time that week
ॐ each class will explore an element journeying into a different area of the body & our being
ॐ the flow will be intentional and slow, working on the foundation of each asana
ॐ we are here to enjoy, so leave behind any concerns about being 'good' enough. Yoga is a practice, and vulnerability is beautiful.
