Bunda Pintar again shows strong customer satisfaction in October!

Our satisfaction results are slightly down on September but still strong particularly on empathy. Lessons learned for improving the engagement with doctors but otherwise most comments, including with midwife and specialists were very pleasing!

Other pleasing facts was a strong increase of pregnancies under monitoring and also the engagement of each person with our team. It is proving up the desire and need for virtual support by gen z

Pregnancy support- the next generation

When working with Ernst & Young Indonesia I was involved in talks, services, and looking at how company services evolved with global trends.

When we started our journey on pregnancy support at Bunda Pintar, it was a belief and research that the modern woman had changed- love of buying online, use of technology, personalization, convenience and cost matters, and seeing they can get great quality online.

Seeing the growing number of woman coming online and our satisfaction surveys is reinforcing the message... and we are continuing to improve the experience!

BundaPintar is there to be part of the future mother journey- and in today's digital world is absolutely there for the modern consumer who demands convenience, quality, and access. Starting your BundaPintar experience

Once you have joined the BundaPintar monitoring experience, the video provides an insight into the materials you will see from us to get you going.

This is in addition to your first case team discussion as a kick-off to your support. The session includes your personal midwife and GP+ session to get some details about your medical history and upload them to your medical record (visible to you), share expectations of the journey ahead, and generally talk through your history and other items that impact your pregnancy and to-dos in your coming months ahead. It is about helping understand how to get the most out of the experience, and generally to get to know each other!

With pregnancy patient satisfaction rates over the last several months of 5 for the midwife, whom you regularly interact with, and 4.3 plus for the doctors, it is about Loving your BundaPintar team through the journey given the great access and convenience.
