Join us in exploring emotions through Ayurvedic perspective. There are 9 main emotions, from which stem all sub emotions. Most emotions are related to one another. Some emotions give rise to other emotions.

Facilitated by Siska , We will learn to manage them as we manage energy within with Yin Yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation.

There will be 5 sessions (2 hours each) in this series, each with its own registration link.
