Last Saturday, 7 March 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting our special class, Nourished & Sustained, facilitated by the amazing Sanny and our own Siska .

During the session, Sanny guided us through the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, sharing the incredible benefits of Chinese herbs, while Siska led us in breath practices and meditation that allowed us to truly absorb all the nourishment around us. Together, we explored how to transform what we receive into vibrant energy and lasting vitality.

A heartfelt thank you to Sanny for the generousity in sharing her knowledge in TCM. We also thank all participants who brought their energy and openness to the class. We hope the insights and practices shared will continue to enrich your daily lives.

In this Nourishing Breath Practice & TCM Herbal Session, we draw from Daoist wisdom the art of conserving and replenishing vital essence during fasting.

Facilitated by Sanny (TCM Practitioner from Mutiara Sakti) and Siska , our home teacher, the session aims to share techniques and knowledge that support our well-being, guiding the body toward balance, clarity, and ease, especially during the fasting month of Ramadhan.

We will:
- learn basic TCM concepts
- understand our body constitution and herbal suitable for our body
- practice breath regulations to gather Prana/Qi
- end the session with our own herbal tisane to break the fast.
