What to Do When You Want to Learn How to Float 🏊‍♂️💙

Floating is the first skill every swimmer should master. It teaches relaxation, balance, and water confidence. If you can float, you can stay safe and learn every other stroke faster. 🌊

1️⃣ Relax Your Body

Your body floats best when it’s calm.
Release tension from your shoulders, neck, and legs.
The more relaxed you are, the higher you float.

2️⃣ Take a Deep, Calm Breath

Fill your lungs gently — air is your natural life jacket.
Don’t hold your breath too tight… just stay calm.

3️⃣ Tilt Your Head Back

Look upward or toward the sky.
When your head floats, your hips rise automatically.

4️⃣ Spread Your Arms and Legs

Make a big “X” shape.
This increases surface area and makes floating easier.

5️⃣ Stay Still

Don’t kick or move too much.
Small movements create imbalance — stillness keeps you afloat.

6️⃣ Trust the Water

The water is supporting you.
Your body naturally floats more than you think.

Coach Tip 🏊‍♂️🔥

If you panic, you sink. If you relax, you float. Practice in shallow water first and build confidence step by step.

Every child deserves to feel confident in the water, and that confidence starts with the right lessons. 💙🌊

Week after week, we see children walk into the pool a little unsure… and walk out taller, braver, and prouder than ever before.

Because swimming lessons aren’t just about strokes and kicks.

They’re about building life skills, resilience, independence, focus, and trust.

They’re about celebrating the little wins:

✨ Putting a face in the water for the first time
✨ Floating without support
✨ Swimming a full width all on their own
✨ Realising, “Hey… I can really do this!”

And the best part? Kids don’t just learn.

They grow.
They smile more.
They make friends.

They become safer, stronger, and happier, in and out of the pool.

How to Float on Water Without Moving Any Part of Your Body 🌊😌

A lot of swimmers think floating needs kicking or arm movement… but the truth is, your body can float by itself if you understand one simple rule: RELAX 😴💙

When you let your body stay calm and loose, the water lifts you up naturally. No kicking, no pulling, no effort. Just trust the water and let it carry you. 🌊✨

Here’s how to do it:

1️⃣ Take a deep breath and fill your lungs — this gives you natural buoyancy. 🌬️

2️⃣ Lean your head back and let your ears sink into the water. 😌

3️⃣ Open your arms gently to the sides to balance your body. 🌟

4️⃣ Let your legs float naturally — don’t force them up or down. 🦵

5️⃣ Stay relaxed — the more calm you are, the easier you float. 😴💧

Floating is all about trust… trust in the water, trust in your body, and trust in the process. Once you master this, you’ll feel safe, confident, and completely in control in the water. 💙🔥

Children who swim regularly often show better academic performance, especially in reading and maths! ✨

Swimming strengthens the brain just as much as the body, helping kids focus, learn and grow both in and out of the pool 💙

Setiap kelompok saraf memiliki tugasnya sendiri:
