Menjaga imunitas dan kebersihan adalah poin utama untuk menghindari tertular atau menularkan COVID-19 ke diri sendiri dan orang-orang tersayang. Hal ini termasuk membersihkan permukaan atau benda-benda di rumah agar steri dengan cairan alkohol 70%. Namun tatkala cairan alkohol 70% di pasaran sudah habis diborong, jangan panik! Anda bisa membuat disinfektan sendiri dan terbukti efektif lho!

Dilansir dari post Najwa Shihab, ini dia tips dari dr. Nahla Shihab tentang cara membuat disinfektan:
Campurkan 95 ml Bayclin dengan 905 ml air untuk menghasilkan 1000 ml larutan disinfektan. Semprotkan pada permukaan yang sering disentuh minimal 2 kali sehari seperti: keran, jetshower, tombol siram toilet, gagang pintu, saklar lampu, remote tv, meja makan, dll. Mudah bukan?

Due to “the virus” and circumstances, people tend do care more about hygiene. People are buying mask, hand sanitizer, and wash their hand frequently. Handwashing should become habit to protect you and your family. Aside of how many times you wash your hand in a day… are you doing it the right way to stop germs from spreading?

Follow these five steps to make it effective:

1. Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.
2. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
4. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water.
5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them.

Entah untuk alasan kesehatan ataupun menjaga bentuk tubuh, menurunkan berat badan paling efektif memang dengan berolah-raga dan mengurangi asupan karbo/kalori. Namun ternyata bahan-bahan alami ini juga efektif dan digunakan nenek moyang kita untuk menurunkan berat badan lho.

1. Ramuan air rebusan jahe
Jahe memilki kandungan termal atau panas yang bisa menghangatkan dan meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh serta membantu membakar lemak. Manfaat jahe untuk diet yaitu dapat mengurangi berat badan secara alami, mengecilkan perut buncit dan mengontrol nafsu makan.

2. Air hangat ditambah lemon
Vitamin C didalam lemon akan membantu proses penurunan berat badan karena lemon akan mendetox dan mengeluarkan racun dalam tubuh. Sekarang ini, sudah banyak lemon murni botolan yang dijual. Namun bagi penderita maag, lemon sebaiknya dihindari karena bisa meningkatkan tingkat keasaman lambung.

3. Teh hijau

Di musim penghujan ini, ada baiknya kita menjaga kondisi tubuh kita lebih extra lagi agar tidak jatuh sakit di hari sibuk anda. Berikut cara agar tetap sehat di musim hujan sekarang ini:

1. Tetap Terhidrasi
Tubuh manusia mengandung 60% air. Dengan minum air putih (dianjurkan 8 gelas per hari), akan menjaga suhu tubuh tetap normal. Aliran oksigen ke otak juga menjadi lancar dan lebih bisa berkonsentrasi. Air putih membantu membuang “limbah” dalam tubuh dan ginjal pun tetap sehat.

2. Sedia Jas Hujan & Payung
