Maintaining a "Healthy but Comfortable" and "Comfortable but Healthy" Lifestyle

1. Maintain a healthy body and soul with a healthy lifestyle, which includes:
a. Eat healthy and enough: low calories, lots of vegetables and fruit, high protein.
b. Avoid drugs, alcohol, and ci******es.
c. Avoid fatigue and prolonged stress.
d. Have about seven to eight hours of sleep a day on a regular basis so that their sleep quality is very good and satisfying.
e. Exercise regularly: at least 30 minutes three times a week or most days.
f. Have a balance between busyness and relaxation.

2. Doing work as a pleasure.
3. Always present God and always start the day with prayer or meditation
4. Have a high sense of humor
5. Have healthy sexual activity
6. Always think positive and optimistic.
7. Maintain the aesthetics of your face, hair and body so that it can be enjoyed by the five senses.
8. Perform regular medical examinations as necessary and in accordance with each condition before you were sick.
