What happens if we don’t blink?

You would have dry or painful eyes. You would likely have a much higher risk of eye infections. Hence, blinking keeps your eyes healthy in many ways!

Blink if you agree😊

Are heart attacks the number one killer in the world?

According to the World Heart Federation, cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the world’s number one killer, causing over 20.5 million deaths per year.

CVD is a class of diseases that affect the heart or blood vessels (veins and arteries).

More people die from CVD worldwide than from any other cause, with 85% due to coronary heart diseases (e.g heart attacks) and cerebrovascular diseases (e.g. strokes).

That means that heart attack is the most prominent cause of death within the CVD category.

So, most likely, heart attacks and strokes are the number one killer in the world.
