Produksi dan Perdagangan Agrikarya Batumarta (PT. PPAB) was initiated by Prof. DR. Ir. Amin Azis, a professional in Social and Economy agriculture in 2010. He is focusing into agriculture production and trade. Currently PT.PPAB is start to producing two lines. First, rubber seedling which located in Baturaja, South Sumatera. Second, the cultivation of cat’s whisker with product line simplisia cat’s whisker or we called it PPAB-KUNTUM. PPAB-KUNTUM positioning itself distinct from other ordinary farmer and other similar company. PPAB-KUNTUM only produce cat’s whisker with the greatest quality with “grade super”. It can shows from the appearance and consist of simplisia cat’s whisker itself, with the characteristics the levels of the water is under 10%, typical smell cat’s whisker, the colour of the leaves is still green and the percentage of the chemical compound which consist in cat’s whisker were above the standard. We maintain our product quality with high treatment processing. Our drying process were not using sunlight directly neither use oven. We are using dry house with manual method by womenpower and through 2 step of filtering. Continue with quality control process and being kept in a storage with room temperature which the moist and air circulated has been measured. More over we tests our product in BIOFARMA LPPM Institut Pertanian Bogor Lab. We create a value to produce high quality thats why we do high treatment processing.

Scientific Names are Orthosiphon Stamineus Benth, Ocimum Aristatum BI., Orthosiphon Aristatus (Blume).
