In Bali we have been preparing for Nyepi 🌑, a sacred Day of Silence on 19 March dedicated to stillness, reflection, and renewal.

Melasti ceremony, Ogoh Ogoh parades and special ceremonies occur in the days beforehand to welcome the islands pause, and we’re reminded of the power of slowing down and turning inward.

Take some time to and create your own personal Nyepi moment ✨.

Adorning the local streets in Bali right now are the beautiful penjor offerings for Galungan - a sacred day for Balinese Hindus to commemorate the triumph of Dharma (good) over Adharma (evil) ✨🌿🙏.

🙏 So grateful to have shared Balinese Hindu culture and wisdom, woven together with yoga practice, with 15 beautiful souls at my recent Inner Light Retreat .balian🌿.

Your collective energy made our time together feel very special, and my heart is full from this beautiful experience, some moments captured here in the shala.

I can’t wait to host the next retreat and, hopefully, see some of you again next year! In the meantime, we are focussing energy on suitable dates and program, and will update soon about next years offerings - please get in touch if you’d like to hear about them before they are released 🙏✨.
