Akses air bersih bagi warga Takengon masih sangat terbatas pasca banjir bandang.
Saat ini, kebutuhan utama di lapangan adalah penyediaan air bersih untuk kehidupan sehari-hari.

Donasi yang terkumpul akan difokuskan untuk pembangunan p**a air dari gunung ke pemukiman warga, serta penyediaan tangki air sebagai tempat penampungan.

Untuk mendukung efisiensi penyaluran bantuan, donasi diutamakan dalam bentuk dana agar tim relawan dapat melakukan pengadaan peralatan di wilayah yang tidak terdampak, sehingga biaya pengiriman dapat diminimalkan.

Your first yoga class doesn’t have to feel intimidating.
A few simple things to know before you step onto the mat:

Wear what feels comfortable.
Bare feet are better than slippery socks.
Savasana might feel awkward at first — and that’s okay.
And no, you don’t need a fancy yoga mat. Non-slip is enough, and you can always borrow one at the studio.

Yoga is not about perfection.
It’s about showing up, breathing, and letting your body learn.
