Our Online Yoga Teacher Training courses, feature a mix of video modules and live classes. Our primary styles include hatha and vinyasa yoga plus ashtanga and yin yoga. At the core is yoga philosophy, energetics and meditation to discover who you really are and the true nature of reality. You will deepen your knowledge with functional anatomy, injuries and adjustment lectures. Most importantly you will design classes and practice teaching and receive feedback to grow and develop into a confident instructor. We are starting the year in Bali, surrounded by warm air, open skies, and the quiet rhythm of practice. At Le Bamboo Shala, overlooking the pool and held by nature, we continue doing what we love most, teaching yoga with presence, depth, and care.
