Our Online Yoga Teacher Training courses, feature a mix of video modules and live classes. Our primary styles include hatha and vinyasa yoga plus ashtanga and yin yoga. At the core is yoga philosophy, energetics and meditation to discover who you really are and the true nature of reality. You will deepen your knowledge with functional anatomy, injuries and adjustment lectures.
