It has been distributed to provide an insight into what will be exciting retreats to be commenced in the middle of 2022. The retreats will be facilitated by Ray Crake and other passionate individuals. They are passionate about men's health and in facilitating personal growth that adds value and passion to a man's life: improving mature men's health and wellness. Ray's jouney has been moulded by various experiences; many that each of us experience in our lives. Including marriage, marriage breakdown, great supportive children, success in business, business partnership conflict, embezzlment and legal issues. He has spent the last 10 years being introduced to and participating in a large number of personal growth workshops and various therapies. He is a training and development professional then add a life time of surfing, 20 years of regular yoga practice and of late discovering rock climbing Ray practices what he preaches. Ray is into fitness, diet, meditation and behavioural change. Through undertaking his own personal work guided by adepts in their fields he has restored a love of what is important in his life. He believes it is possible to add value to your life and the lives of the people closest to you. Through witnessing close friends and associates life struggles from the late 30s into the late 60s he has a desire to assist like men to live more fulfilling lives. By immersing one's self into a week of challenge, participating in various therapies and having new experiences a personal path birthed. Each retreat's objective is to give participants a window to change, give the support to embed new personal strategies and habits. Ray Crake has brought together a team of passionate individuals with high levels of competence in complementary health and wellness practices. Together we work with each group and each individual to deliver tangible targetted personal outcomes whilst having fun and working with like minded men with a range of life stories.
