Before bending the heart, we steadied the legs, anchored the breath, and softened the mind.

Standing poses built our foundation,
while inversions nurtured quiet confidence,
so the heart could open with trust and ease.

During the retreat, we moved, breathed, and grew together, undistracted, fully present.

Beyond the poses, we found friendship, support, and unity in our differences.
