Offering variety of classes in a private or group class setting, on the site or through zoom online. With over 15 years of dedicated practice and 8 years of teaching experience, Mia Gofar is a highly skilled and passionate yoga instructor. As an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, Mia has a deep understanding of various yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Wheel Yoga and Yoga Healing. She is also a Junior Teacher at Inside Flow Yoga, and Sound Healing and acupuncture practitioner and healer. Her classes are designed to challenge and inspire students of all levels, helping them to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Mia's unique approach combines traditional yoga techniques with modern elements, creating a transformative and holistic experience for her students. Get ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation with Mia Gofar.

Let’s us move together, and share the joy of movements and music in Inside Flow Yoga Class with Junior Teacher Mia Gofar, we will experience how breath, movements and music together can bring us into a meditative movements, while embodying the lyrics of the song .

Then after the movements, come the sound and vibrations. Let the sound and vibration Bathing your physical, covering and showering you with the healing energy, allowing your mind to float between here and there, and allowing your heart to find the peace.
