Offering variety of classes in a private or group class setting, on the site or through zoom online. With over 15 years of dedicated practice and 8 years of teaching experience, Mia Gofar is a highly skilled and passionate yoga instructor. As an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, Mia has a deep understanding of various yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Wheel Yoga and Yoga Healing. She is also a Junior Teacher at Inside Flow Yoga, and Sound Healing and acupuncture practitioner and healer. Her classes are designed to challenge and inspire students of all levels, helping them to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Mia's unique approach combines traditional yoga techniques with modern elements, creating a transformative and holistic experience for her students. Get ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation with Mia Gofar.

Some memories are worth to share❤️❤️❤️
From last teacher training with master Young Ho Kim , accompanied by Senior Teacher and

Really glad I did the training, not only that we learnt some new and fancy transitions , that definitely need more creativity in build-ups, but also this time we went so deep into story telling, the most difficult part of teaching Inside Flow. Thank you for all the deep insight on how to tell a story, related to the song, to empower the message of the song, and thank you for sharing the knowledge on creating a playlist to enhance the Inside Flow class.

And of course , thank you our senior teachers and , for allowing us to learn from the masters ..

One of my favorite flow from last TTC with the founder of Inside Flow, .

“If You Only Knew” is a song about the hidden battles we fight internally—a crying for help but at the same time pretending that everything are fine, so people won’t know about the pain we have inside.

Beautiful sequence from , comes with a powerful message and a reminder for myself that it is ok to let people know how we felt and reach out for help.

Grateful beyond words for the incredible week of Inside Flow Training with the founder Young Ho Kim , together with Korean Senior Teacher Tora and Christine from Taiwan.

We explored new, exciting, and creative flows — expanding our skills in sequencing, build-ups, and storytelling.
The most powerful realization for me was how deeply we can express emotion through words and applying it to enhance the the message of the song through movements.
It was truly mind-blowing and soul-enlightening.

The 4-day training plus 1-day full alignment workshop was intense — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Yet we moved through it with laughter, learning, and yes, a few tears.

We wrapped it all up with a spectacular concert that left everyone in awe.

Can’t wait to welcome you all back to Jakarta in 2027!

A big thank you to our Seniors and for making it all possible for us to learn from the best, and for for the works on the whole events.
And thank you to my flow mates, classmates , besties for the whole 6 days, my fellow Junior teachers … love you all.. miss everyone already
