PT. CTech Lab Edwar Teknologi is searching for a new member to join our team Finance, Accounting and Tax.
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง
โข Crosscheck sales and purchases with the admin team.
โข Record all financial transactions in the general ledger, ensuring accurate categorization (revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities).
โข Ensure the ledger is accurate and up-to-date for periodic reporting.
โข Prepare and record journal adjustments.
โข Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
โข Verify financial, accounting, and tax transactions to ensure compliance with transaction evidence and policies.
โข Manage and record petty cash transactions.
โข Proficient in e-filing programs and Coretax.
โข Review financial transactions to ensure accurate tax treatment.
โข Manage tax compliance, including calculating, preparing, and submitting corporate taxes such as PPh 21, PPh 22/23, PPh 25, PPh 4 (2), VAT, and other filings, ensuring timely payments.
โข Conduct tax planning to optimize company benefits.
โข Crosscheck income tax deductions and input VAT credits with the admin team.
โข Prepare and file weekly, monthly, and annual tax reports.
โข Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ :
โข Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
โข Minimum GPA of 3.00.
โข At least 2 years of relevant experience.
โข Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, financial management, and office management.
โข Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other basic computer systems.
โข Brevet A and B certifications (preferred).
โข Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
โข Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
โข Available to join immediately.
โข Willing to be located in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
โข Eager to learn and open-minded.
โข Maximum age : 30 years
