Wellness Wednesday blessings to you, beloveds. My class today was so much fun!

First, Susan Ang-Ngo was in the class accompanied by her son Zen, who demonstrated a high level of mental focus. Yay Zen!

Then there were two beautiful Yoga teachers fom Iran [one lives in France], Mony, and a few first timers with amazing concentration. Some said that they would come back to class on Saturday, which is my last class until November 7.

If you would like to experience a Kundalini Yoga & meditation class taught by a senior teacher [senior because of my age but also because of three decades of teaching experiences, being a teacher-trainer & Level 3 Kundalini Yoga teacher], then join us on Saturday, 09|27, at 11am. FROM YESTERDAY

I turned 66 years today. Birthday blessings to me. ✨️💝 I think of my Mum, who gave me life and brought me earthside from the unseen & unknown. Immensely grateful!

After not having any make up on for eight years since I left Spa Village Resort, yesterday Betty took me to shop for a pressed powder & lipstick, 😍 went to Batu Belig to see the sun set, listen to dance music and people watching. Soo much fun!

Today I had lunch with Yaz, whose birthday was yesterday, and with Cok Ratih, at Rasa Sanur. Decadent dessert was at Over the Moon Cafe with Nalya. Thank you, dear friends.

Back at home, I received birthday calls from my son & his daughter (my beautiful grand-daughter) in Toronto, then from my sister in Bekasi and my brother in Tanjung Pinang. Did I say I was grateful?

Tomorrow, I will continue to read and respond to your kind birthday wishes. Thank you. 🌺

Happy Harvest/Red Full Moon SUN-day, with total lunar eclipse in Piesces, beloveds.
