Our new facilitator is teaching how to do EFT to release trapped emotions after a Qigong session.

In Bali Bliss, we focus on the client's well-being. Starting on the body as the foundation, before connecting with emotions and spiritual matter. We believe in the importance of holistic (whole aspects) as the way to heal because one thing affects the other one.

A Qigong practice covers all of these; physical body with movement, energetic body with breath, and spiritual body with intention/consolidation of qi/meditation. It is slow and gentle yet ground and powerful. Qigong helps us to understand our own energy and increase our Life Force/Prana/Qi.

We are now glad to inform that we are facilitating a new service which is Sound Therapy. It is a combination of Chakra and Meridian massage therapy using tibetan singing bowls.
The vibration can go deep into fascia in the body to release trapped emotions.

Singing Bowl Therapy

Why Tibetan Singing Bowl?
a. It can improve our senses.
b. Metals are a powerful, stable and strong earth element, yet they also have calming and soothing characters.
c. Singing Bowl generates vibration. Our body is made up to 70% water and water is an excellent conductor of vibration. The vibrations from singing bowls can create subtle movements within the water in our cells and tissues, potentially promoting relaxation and stimulating cellular activity.

Today, welcomed a couple for yoga, reiki and tarot reading.
It was the wife's birthday and the husband wanted to give something special to her.

This was a spontaneous yoga pose where one person needed to lean to the other person. There was connection, synchronicity, trust and surrender within this movement because it wouldn't have happened if they did not trust each other. It was beautiful to see the calm expressions from this couple.
It is not abt how they look in a pose, but what changes inside; mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Couple yoga can be used as therapy as well.

Yoga Bliss with Lia are grateful to have their presence. What a perfect birthday gift.

Thank you for giving Yoga Bliss with Lia the chance to help and bring someone's back into alignment.

Life is supposed to be filled with joy, and it feels light and flow. Sometimes with all the hassle of life, we forget who we truly are. We are too busy taking care of what's happening outside of us. We take care of other people's emotions that we don't hurt them, but we forget to take care of our own emotions; our internal self. Other people; family members, bosses, colleagues, friends become more important than ourselves. In the end, it makes us feel drained. We give and give our love, time, support and energy, but we don't receive it back ..... or we are afraid to receive because we are afraid of other people's expectations on us or we suspect that they are not genuine in giving.

All of these can create tensions; mental tension, emotional tension, and physical tension. That's why we feel sore in the body.
When we feel physical sore, it is the sign from our body that we need to rest. Rest, relax and let the mind have a break. That is also part of healing. The least that we can do is taking a break and give ourselves permission to do whatever we like.

The point is love yourself first before you love others. Take care of yourself before you take care of others. If you don't know how and need help, Yoga Bliss with Lia is open for this.
