Price : minimum IDR 70.000 per session for online ( 10.000 IDR will donate to Neigborhood during this tough time ) Very appreciate if you like to pay me more. For in person session I’ll be back teaching from January 7, offering space with presence, care, and quiet guidance.

I chose January and February's Theme is Slow Flow Yoga Asana & Restorative Yoga and both will be supported with Pranayama and crystal sound bowls

As the year begins, we choose to move slowly,
listening instead of pushing,
breathing instead of rushing.

This practice supports:
• a calmer nervous system and deeper rest
• the release of stored tension, physically and emotionally
• gentle mobility through mindful, unhurried movement
• reconnection with breath, sensation, and inner balance

A simple way to reset after the fullness of the holidays.

This is a practice to restore, soften, and come home to yourself.

If your body is asking for ease, grounding, and gentle strength,
this space is open for you.
