🌟 We’re thrilled to welcome three incredible teachers to our studio this September! Each brings unique expertise and deep passion to their practice. Please leave them a little love in the comments below 💕
🧘♀️ : Cole, a trauma-informed yoga teacher, blends yogic and Buddhist philosophy with neuroscience and psychology in her embodied vinyasa practice. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes using curiosity and intellect, both mental and somatic, to delve deep into the layers of self, ultimately guiding practitioners back to their inherent wholeness. Cole’s asana practice is a pro-wiggle, swerve-centered, embodied vinyasa journey. She seamlessly incorporates yogic and Buddhist philosophy, neuroscience, and psychological insights, all wrapped in a compassionate and playful curiosity. Join her for RA Vinyasa on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 AM, from September 6th to October 1st.
🧘♀️ : Alicia, a former professional swimmer, found healing through yoga. A beloved member of our community, she is back after having taking a brief pause to welcome her baby into the world. Her Yin Yoga classes, offered Mondays and Thursdays from 4 PM to 5:30 PM, create a serene space for deep relaxation and self-connection.
🧘♀️ : Constanza is a holistic therapist specializing in ThetaHealing, Biomagnetism, Sound Healing, and more. Her journey began over a decade ago with meditation studies alongside Tibetan monks, leading her to explore a variety of healing modalities. Experience Sound Healing on Thursdays at 6 PM, or join her for Biomagnetism and Sound Healing on Fridays at 1 PM.
