FAQ: How to drink jamu?

Answer: Drink as much as you like. It's best served chilled or with an ice cube in a glass. For better absorption, drink on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed, or at least one hour after meals.

(If you prefer to have it with hot water, we recommend you to take the powdered jamu)
