Like one peels the dry outer covering of a seed, like that one has to peel away the dryness of the heart to reach its true state.
One by one the layers of ego and indifference have to come off. You have to work on many steps to remove the chaff, peel away the stubborn layers that are stuck together, and gently remove everything unnecessary that is tightly bound to the seed. It may seem like one is throwing away more than one is saving. It may seem like the steps of removal are longer and more in number than the steps of retaining something. Because only one true seed comes out of layers and layers of useless chaff. But that one seed which you have to reach and save is priceless. That one pure seed can give birth to countless other seeds.
That true seed is the endless love within your heart. That love which is the movement of the atma. To live in that space of endless patience, endless hard work, endless humility one has to transform oneself. Throw away the useless chaff surrounding the mind which is keeping it in delusion. Reach that true seed of Sharanagati within you.

Happy new year everyone. May all create a wonderful 2026 for themselves and everyone else.
Life is always a dialogue between the atma and Paramatma. A constant creation of love between the two. No destiny, no fate, is written in stone unable to be changed. Everything depends on the grace of the SatGuru and the atma’s own efforts. When you walk on the spiritual path, everything can be transformed. Even the most difficult karmas to crossover can be easily transcended by the joint efforts of the atma and the SatGuru. Remember you are the creation of the Great Creator Himself. You are loved and have miracles in your life beyond measure. Be rooted in the present moment but look forward with joy and positivity. Although it is a simple date change on the calendar, what is important is that one is reminded of a new beginning. Life is always new in all moments, but the mind needs reminders to become aware of this beauty.
Make a strong determination to go deep into your Sadhana this year. Go with full force on the spiritual path. Don’t let anything hold you back from attaining your goal. God is always with you. Make Him your best friend. Blessings to everyone.

Om Shanti. My mother left for Sri Hari’s eternal aboard this morning.
God accelerates the path for those who have built a loving relationship with Him. She is now fully at peace and always held within Bhagavan’s heart. A mother is the first teacher, the Pratham Guru, of every atma that comes into this world. She holds her baby in her heart and nurtures her dear child with her blood and every breath. The first sight a child sees upon entering this world is of its mother. The first loving touch is of her gentle hands. The love and importance of a mother in one’s life is beyond compare. And no one can take her place. Nobody else can become who she is or what she means to her child. This relationship of love between mother and child is forever unique. It is said that Bhagavan’s gaze and form is like that of the most loving mother. Matrasvarupinam. When the time comes for the atma to shed its physical form and bid farewell to this temporary world, this bond of love actually becomes even more precious. Because it doesn’t end, only changes. It doesn’t reduce, it ever-increases in sweetness. When it’s time for one to return to Bhagavan fully, the atma rejoices deeply. Yet everyone feels this change deep within the heart. To connect through the heart without any veils, where the eyes are naturally raised to the Divine in prayer, silence, and reverence. In such a moment one can feel Bhagavan’s presence very strongly yet it aches within the heart. The pain is not of sorrow, but of deep and never-ending love. A love that transcends time, space, and all limitations. To reunite once again, always and forever, within the heart of Vitthala Giridhari.

Vasu Baras or Govatsa Dwadashi is the worship of cows and the deep importance of every creature that has been given life and love by Bhagavan.
On this day, one should make great efforts to visit a Gaushala, where cows are protected, live their natural lives freely, and are revered as mothers. A cow’s energy is very peaceful, loving, and serene. Making any place that they inhabit an excellent place for going very deep into meditation and loving communion with God. Spend your time with these beautiful animals and learn to see how much Bhagavan lives within every creature of His. Especially today, do your utmost to protect and feed cows and calves. Throughout the year, keep spreading awareness about how animals should never be harmed. Being a vegetarian is so important. God never wants us to kill helpless and innocent animals. They are treated so abominably in the world today. Their homes are ruthlessly cut down, they are forced to work under terrible conditions, and their sacred God-given bodies are mercilessly killed, eaten, and their corpses are made use of in terrible ways. This is nothing but a deeply evil and ignorant thing to do. Participating, even passively, in harming animals and nature creates terrible karma for oneself and society. Everyone must learn to live in harmony with each other, the environment, and every creature of God. Bhagavan Sri Krishna and other avatars and saints in the Sanatan Dharma are great examples of this. Sri Krishna spent his entire life as a Gau-Rakshak, protector of cows. Hence, His beautiful childhood name Gopal, which comes from Gau-Paalak, meaning the one who loves, protects, and worships cows. Animals help us understand true unconditional love. They have so much to teach us. At midnight on the Ashtami Tithi, Radha Maharani, her beloved Shyamsundar, and the entire Dev Lok comes to Radha Kund to take a dip in its sacred waters.
Born from the heel mark that Sri Krishna made in the earth, Radha Kund, is filled with divine grace. To take a dip in its waters on this Ashtami Tithi, called Ahoi Ashtami, is a very rare opportunity. Radha Maharani, the Lord of the Universe Sri Krishna, along with all saints, sakhis, gopis, gopas, demigods, and all celestial beings descend to earth. They are fully present in their cosmic infinite form within the Bhu Mandal for a few minutes. On the stroke of midnight, lakhs of devotees rush to take a dip in the waters of Radha Kund and then Shyam Kund right next to it. Shyam Kund was personally dug and built by Radha Maharani. Together, Radha Kund and Shyam Kund carry the sacred waters of all pilgrimage sites that flow from Sri Krishna’s Lotus Feet. By the SatGuru’s endless mercy, on this day one is pulled into Vaikuntha with the depth of one’s Bhakti and the complete opening of the doors of Bhagavan’s home. So many miracles, healings, answering of prayers, and even eternal Darshans have been granted on this day. Every moment of pure love for Bhagavan is extraordinary.

Today we celebrate the appearance of the great bhakta Sant Meerabai.
The appearance of a great bhakta in this world causes changes and ripples effects that live long beyond their earthly life. Because they are not bound by the limitations of the body. They use it as a vehicle of their atma which is continuously surging with divine energy, pulsating with uncontrollable unconditional love for Bhagavan. Sant Meerabai was born in the royal family of Merta, Rajasthan. But only her aging grandfather who was the king then, understood, accepted, and loved that this child was born to be different. Although her entire family were devotees of Sri Krishna, they could not understand Meerabai’s intense Bhakti and Prem towards Sri Krishna. They thought she should be like other princesses who liked to dress up, learn queenly protocols, and marry well into another royal family. But Meerabai was not born for any of this. She was born for Sri Krishna, lived for Sri Krishna, and after a long life of extreme difficulties she disappeared into Sri Krishna’s lotus heart.
Her Giridhar Gopal, little deity of Sri Krishna, accompanied her everywhere. She saw in Him her eternal companion and He also responded continuously to her intense longing. And because of that fulfillment of her atma’s wish, she could never turn her eyes or heart to someone else. This is the pinnacle of Bhakti, where the bhakta becomes fully consumed by love for the Beloved. Where one only sees Him everywhere. How many people claim to be bhaktas, but they are far away from true devotion and selfless love. To walk the path of Unconditional Divine Love, it is simple - just love, just long for Bhagavan and in that yearning you will receive everything. In her own words: “Mere Toh Giridhar Gopal, Dusro Na Koi”. Meaning: For me, it is only my Giridhar Gopal, nobody else.
May Sant Meerabai continue to inspire everyone through the legacy of Bhakti poems she has left behind.

She who bestows every Siddhi, to that powerful and merciful Devi Siddhidatri, I offer my humble obeisances. She is the giver of perfection. All Siddhis, spiritual achievements, material gifts, wisdom, devotion, and ultimately Bhagavad Prem. Everything is given by Devi Siddhidatri to Her beloved children. After the darkest night, the purest sunrise arrives. Devi Kaalratri makes sure one crosses over all obstacles and when the purification is complete, Devi Mahagauri bestows soft healing and luminous wisdom. Devotion is purified through one’s intense effort and the SatGuru’s grace. Then it slowly turns into Bhagavad Prem. Meaning: O Devi Katyayani, the great Mahamaya, the Sovereign of the great yoginis, please make the son of Nanda, Sri Krishna, the eternal husband of my soul. I offer my salutations and prostrations to You.
Devi Katyayani is the one who the Gopis of Vraj worshipped to attain Sri Krishna as the eternal divine husband of their atma. She is celebrated as the sister of Sri Krishna, capable of bestowing that boon on the Gopis. Yet Devi Katyayani’s gifts don’t end there. She shows that even when you’ve offered everything to others, the real you doesn’t diminish. In fact, the true self grows exponentially on its spiritual path and its awareness of Bhagavan, when one has learned to love freely and unconditionally. The previous aspect of Maa, Devi SkandaMata embodies completely selfless giving and thus, Devi Katyayani emerges as the fully polished true self capable of destroying the fiercest demons and attaining Bhagavan’s Lotus Feet forever. We have covered 6 forms of Bhakti in the course so far and their corresponding techniques. In the time remaining, we will keep going deeper and deeper into the practice and learning. So that one can completely open one’s heart and receive everything through Shaktipat at the end. The grace of Mahavatar Babaji, the SatGuru, all the Kriya Masters throughout the ages, all flows to the sadhak during Shaktipat. It is the key that unlocks the treasure of Kriya. Each technique of Atma Kriya Yoga, each form of Bhakti, can help one to walk the spiritual path in its fullness. To reach one’s eternal place at Sri Hari’s Lotus Feet.
