At Bali Yoga School & Himalayan Yoga Association, we also conduct Mysore style practice in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes. By practicing the sequence on your own pace under the observation and guidance of our experienced teachers, you can truly get benefits from each asana and vinyasa🧘🏽‍♀️

In the 200hrs YTT, you practice each asana of the Ashtanga vinyasa primary series in detail, and in the 300hrs TTT, you will practice the whole primary series with intense focus with Mysore style and led classes (you will proceed the series with the teacher’s commands) mainly. At the end of the training, you will witness a dramatic progress in our Ashtanga vinyasa yoga class✨
