Hey you 🤍
~When the mind won't stop.
Sometimes our mind can get a bit busy…
Thoughts that keep looping, replaying, spiralling…
It can be so easy to get caught up in the noise of the mind. A lot of the time without us noticing it until we've traveled in deep.
We’re living in a world filled with constant input, stimulation, notifications, expectations… and sometimes our nervous system just doesn’t get the chance to land.
This is a snippet from a meditation that was created to help you step out of the spiral.
Not by forcing your mind to be quiet, but by gently guiding your body back into the present moment.
No pressure to do this perfectly.
No expectation to “clear your mind.”
Just a soft place to land, one breath at a time.
You can come back to this whenever your thoughts feel overwhelming…
before sleep, during anxious moments, or anytime your inner world feels a little too busy.
