Once a beach bum, always a beach bum It has been such a fun way to stay fit, happy & healthy!

After a lot of traveling and being a beach bum for the past years I decided that I really want to start teaching yoga and help people getting more attuned to themselves and their surroundings. I have had the privilege to practice with many great teachers around the globe and from here I succeeded in getting my 200-hour Ashtanga yoga certification & 300-hour Chakra Teacher Certification
